Dipping noodles lol

Kevin Sears • 5 months ago

Tsukemen, which is what these "dipping noodles" are... are cold udon noodles dipped in a warm broth... while Ramen typically uses a heavier soba noodle. main difference is Udon has no eggs in the noodle, though the ammounts of the other ingredients vary slightly as well.

Tsukemen, Ramen and Yakisoba are all very popular noodle dishes, with Yakisoba being fried, usually on a flattop or in a wok. Ramen is a proper soup. and Tsukemen is just plain weird, but if I had to describe it, it's like cooking the ramen, straining it and tossing it in the fridge, then adding it bite by bit into the broth... needless to say its the least popular of the 3 primary noodle groups, and theres a very strong likelihood Ayami will learn just how unappreciative people can be for the more advanced cooking methods when it comes to comfort foods. Comfort foods don't need to be fancy, they need to be delicious, and thats it.

I'm starting to wonder how does Ichiraku stay in business. Everytime you see the place it's either empty or close to empty. Like, Naruto has to be their only main customer and the few other people they see are just people Naruto dragged along with him.
